Wir haben einen Nachfolger für Uli!

Es handelt sich um Marcel Sandner Augenoptiker aus Stuttgart z.Z. in Wien tätig.

Er wird im März oder April für mind 6 Monate in Nkhotakota arbeiten. Uli wird unseren neuen Mann vor Ort noch einweisen.

Uli selbst will sein Projekt Bau des Optical Center in Malawi noch abschließen

und hat deshalb nochmals bis April verlängert.

Was für ein Einsatz!!!

und hier das letzte Schreiben vom  Hospital Administrator Mr. Pemba:

Dear Martin,

I send you very warm greetings from all at St. Anne's Hospital.

Thank you very much for your E-mail certifying for the excess material costs
that will arise due to changes that are being proposed and effected by Mr.
Uli. It is ok that you have given your approval and this will facilitate all
the transactions now. Please find attached a picture of the Glasses Building
already at roofing level.

Please pass my New Year greetings to your Aunt, Claudia, Josephine and Dr.
Pfeiffer. I still remember that I was served with a cup of coffee when we
visited Dr. Pfeiffer's Dental Surgery. I am very grateful.

St. Anne's Hospital continues to render health services but with greater
impact in the Children's ward, Out Patients Department, ARV Treatment,
Female General and Male General ward. Maternal services have scaled down due
to the opening of the new Government Hospital which is offering full
maternal services for free to the community. I just thought you would be
interested to know about this development.
